Enquiries and access requests
When you request access, we collect your name, work email, company name and any message you provide. We use this to respond, assess your request, discuss service arrangements and, if agreed, create your organisation and invite you. Your request is available to platform administrators. Please do not include confidential deal documents in an initial enquiry.
We use enquiry information to take steps towards providing a service you have requested and for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and administering the platform. An access request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Accounts and customer information
Account details, organisation membership, settings and usage records support authentication, access management and service operation. Notes, documents, chat and report content are processed to provide the features your organisation uses. Where we process information on behalf of a customer organisation, responsibilities and instructions should be agreed in the customer’s service and data-processing arrangements.
Service providers
Hosting, storage, transactional email and AI providers help operate the service. Relevant research and document content may be processed by AI providers when you use those features. Information may be processed outside the UK depending on the service involved; ask us for the current providers, locations and applicable transfer arrangements before submitting sensitive material.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The application uses necessary session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences such as appearance. Optional notification features use browser permissions and device subscription information. Authenticated API responses are not cached for offline access.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to respond to enquiries, operate agreed services and meet applicable obligations. Original uploads remain available to authorised users until removed under the organisation’s arrangements; leaving a chat does not delete its source files. Contact us to discuss retention or request deletion.
You can contact us about access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or request restrictions on relevant processing. Rights depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
