Organisation access controls
Organisation-owned notes, documents, watchlists and reports are protected by API access checks and database row-level security. Members can access the shared information available to their organisation; chat threads are user-scoped. Platform administrators have privileged access for administration and support.
Accounts and connections
Access requests are reviewed before invitations are issued. Organisation administrators manage colleague invitations, with approved email-domain restrictions. The public application uses HTTPS and HttpOnly session cookies. Database and internal service connections are kept off the public application interface.
Documents and AI processing
Original uploads and extracted text are stored so authorised users can revisit the evidence. Relevant document content and research results may be sent to external AI providers to answer questions and draft reports. Eben is not a fully offline AI system or a dedicated model instance per customer.
Discuss your information-security and contractual requirements with us before uploading confidential or sensitive documents. We can explain the current provider setup, access model and data-handling arrangements for your proposed use.
Review remains part of the process
Reports include evidence references and can be reviewed section by section. Saved loan analyses retain reviewed inputs, source references and the applicable numeric policy settings. AI output still needs checking; source citations and automated validation do not guarantee a correct conclusion.
Recovery and service operations
The production platform has scheduled off-server backups and service monitoring. Isolated restore exercises have been carried out. Specific retention, support and recovery commitments should be agreed in your service terms rather than assumed from this website.
Procurement questions
We do not claim ISO 27001 certification or a SOC 2 attestation. If you require SSO, a particular hosting arrangement, detailed access/export audit records or specific assurance documents, please discuss those requirements with us before onboarding.
